Obtain the community health plan (or a summary) for your city or county ( MUST BE FOR RICHMOND, VA OR PETERSBURG , VA) and review the process that developed it for consistency with the 11 steps of Model Standards (pgs. 235-237 of your text) and with the essential public health services framework (Table 5-12).  In what ways did the process and plan differ from these frameworks?
