Research the philosophies of the leading thinkers behind today’s quality movements and fill in the matrix blanks with your understanding of each person’s philosophy dimension. The Project Management Institute’s philosophy dimensions are filled in for you to provide an example.
Then, based on your understanding of the individual philosophical dimensions, build an argument defending one philosophy as compared to the others. You need not include the PMI philosophy in your argument unless you want to draw some similarities as to the basis of standards. Lay out your argument in a focus paper, according to APA formatting, addressing each of the criteria in the grading rubric to ensure you attain the maximum points possible.

You will be evaluated on your understanding of the individual philosophies, their relative application to industry, your comprehension of their usefulness, your ability to analyze the separate dimension as they relate or not relate to each other, your ability to synthesize your thoughts, to draw your conclusions, and evaluate your conclusions from a different perspective. The minimum length of the assignment is three pages, double-spaced, not including a title page or a reference page. You need to ensure you fully address each and every criterion in the
