In assessing the issues you have found the problems are brought about by misunderstanding communication techniques by a culturally diverse staff. What steps would you take in developing an effective organizational communication plan?
2) Your organization is about to make a major change in merging with another health care system. Management is planning on having a consultant help with the reorganization thus helping to enhance the employee’s acceptance of the change. There is a debate on whether to use a member of your current internal design team as an Internal Consultant or hire an outside consultant. What would be your choice? Explain why.
