Introduction: Robotics surgery is the form of surgery which was approved by the FDA in 2000 allowing the use of a robotic arm to perform the surgical procedure while the surgeon handled the robotic arm by using a computer. Robotic surgery is important because it is minimal invasive surgery, the chances of complications are minimized blood loss and pain are less, the incisions are small and clean the recovery is quick and the scars are small due to the smaller incisions made in robotic surgery.
