CJA 364 Criminal Procedure-Probable Cause

Locate a recent news article on the Internet concerning probable cause and criminal procedure.  Write a 750-1200 word summary on the reasons why there are warrantless searches. Be sure to discuss at least one of the warrantless searches exceptions and how it became procedural law.  You need at least three references.  You should refer to the written directions and checklist which are in the Course Materials Section.
