What is the probability that this person will be female? Similar to that in part I. Since we know that there are 288 people, 168 are female, 120 are male. So, if we choose a person at random from this database, the probability that this person will be female is ii. What is the probability that this person will be between 22 and 49 years old? First, we need to know that how many people between 22 and 49 years old. Look at the column B-Age with code 2. By the database, we count there are 193 people between 22 and 49 years old. What is the probability that this person will be an hourly employee whose intrinsic satisfaction is 6 or more? There are 48 people who are an hourly employee with intrinsic satisfaction 6 or more. So, the probability that this person will be an hourly employee whose intrinsic satisfaction is 6 or more is c). Calculate the correlation between age and tenure with the company.
