I need someone to propose a transformative change within your organization or an organization with which you are familiar. Using your knowledge of your organization, the knowledge obtained in this course, and the best practices in change leadership, you will evaluate 1) Knowledge, 2) Skill, and 3) Disposition for each of these standards as it applies to your proposed change process:

Be sure to identify background about your organization, include stakeholders involved in the change process, and describe the proposed outcome of the transformation. 

The paper should be 12-15 pages with a minimum of 3 peer reviewed, scholarly resources. The paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
