Why is Confidentiality important in clinical work with clients? What are the limits of confidentiality? Do you agree with the Tarasoff case rulings (Mississippi has written Tarasoff ruling into law and now it is not just an ethical guideline but a law and is under subjection of criminal consequence) ?
